By entering any World Series of Strip Poker OR No Limit Poker Tour event you hereby attest that you have read and understand the following rules and general regulations.

1. All World Series of Strip Poker (WSOSP) AND No Limit Poker Tour (NLPT) Events are strictly NO CASH events. There is no charge to play in any event AND there is absolutely no gambling allowed. Any tournament entrant observed gambling in any way will be ejected from the venue and management WILL contact law enforcement officials in the prevailing jurisdiction.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in or be a spectator of any NLPT event.
3. Tournament chips have NO cash value and are employed purely for the amusement of the tournament players as well as to determine the final finishing positions of those players.
4. A state issued photo ID will be required to enter any NLPT event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. The WSOSP is independently operated by the NLPT and the Staff and Management of Pure Platinum/Solid Gold have no jurisdiction over the rules of play.
6. Should any dispute arise during play, Dealers and Tournament Floor Staff will consider the best interest of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that the technical interpretation of the rules be ignored in the interest of fairness. The Tournament Directors decision is final.
7. Table seating is randomly generated and is at the sole discretion of the NLPT. Players entering the tournament together may or may not be seated together.
8. As a courtesy to Pure Platinum/Solid Gold patrons the NLPT is accepting advance registrations for all events at this venue only. All advance registrations must be turned in and verified at the reception desk just inside the main entrance. Day-of-event registrations will be accepted in the tournament area beginning at 6:00PM on the evening of the event.
9. The only game played at NLPT events is “No Limit Texas Hold’em”. As it applies to this game the term “no limit” means that any player can wager all of their chips at any time provided it is their turn to bet.
10. As it is not practical to list the full rules and regulations of No Limit Texas Hold’em on this form we will make a full printed version of the rules available on each tournament day beginning at 6:00PM. Any registrant wishing to familiarize themselves with the rules of the game may do so prior to the beginning of play. Please ask any NLPT representative if you wish to see the rules.
11. This document should not and cannot be consider as the full rules of play.
12. NLPT AND WSOSP Management reserve the right to cancel or alter any event at its sole discretion in the best interest of the venue and/ or its players.
