Mr. Peter's father, George Peter, is a Trustee Emeritus of Cornell. Mr. Michael Peter built, opened and operated 106 nightclubs, restaurants and country clubs over the past 31 years through his various nationally and internationally renowned companies. Mr. Peter has owned and operated five start food and beverage hospitality facilities in almost every major city of the United States and six other countries around the globe. He is extensively published and has been featured on every major talk show on national television. His business successes have also been chronicled in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Playboy, Penthouse, etc. Mr. Peter is the most recognizable name in the Adult Gentlemen's Club business. Michael Peter is widely and exclusively recognized as the founder and creator of the upscale Gentlemen's Club concept which he launched in the mid 1970's. Every concept and standard contained in the upscale gentlemen's club today was conceived and pioneered by Mr. Peter. He launched and operated the three original and largest chains of adult clubs in the world known as Thee Dollhouses of America, Solid Gold's and Pure Platinum's worldwide. He was the largest multi-unit nightclub operator in the world in the 80's and 90's. He single-handedly created the multi-billion dollar worldwide craze of gentlemen's clubs around the world today. He then pioneered the concept of trademark licensing and consulting for the many executives who decided jump on today's bandwagon and cash in on owning their own upscale gentlemen's club.
